• All properties listed are available for immediate move in/occupancy.

• All properties require a minimum 12 months Lease Agreement.

• Move-in amount include 1st month rent, security deposit equal to one month rent, cleaning and key deposits. If you are moving in the middle of the month, your second month rent will be prorated to reflect late move-in. 

• Move-in amount has to be paid in full prior to occupancy. No partial move-in payments can be accepted.

• If you have an eviction or rental collection on your record, you will be required to pay additional security deposit equal to one month rent.

• If you can not provide a proof of your income, you will be required to pay additional security deposit equal to one month rent.

• Public Housing/Section 8 recipients are welcome. 

• Sorry, but no pets accepted.
